• Computerizing the registration (the author’s name, the name of the thesis, postal address)

• Advising the authors of the final decision on the publication of their work

• Preparing the text for the final scientific program

• Preparing the text for the Collected theses (including the index of authors in the alphabetic order)

• Theses layout and publication

• Theses publishing on the site and/or CD recording

• Corresponding with pre-selected speakers

• Mailing letters with the program and instructions on the presentation conditions to the speakers
