When the Organizing committee plans to hold a congress, a forum or a conference, our scientists face quite a number of technical-organizational problems, the solution to which demands a lot of time and man-hours.

The congress-site

We will choose a congress-site in any Russian town, meeting all the requirements of the future project, as well as the necessary number of conference-halls for plenary and section meetings.

The project budget

We will prepare the congress budget with the detailed description of its credit and debit parts, prepare all the necessary financial documents and check late payments, provide financial statements;

Hotel booking

We will provide your guests and delegates with hotel accommodation, reserve air and railway tickets, organize transfer, and offer an interesting cultural program;

Advising, informing

We will form data bases of potential delegates from the “MEDI Expo” thematic data bases, carry out mailing and e-mailing of invitations;

Sponsors, exhibitors

We will determine sponsorship and the exhibition resources. With the help of the client’s base we will look for sponsors and draw exhibitors to the participation in the exhibition. We will work out the layout of the exhibition hall, form the exhibition, carry out its assembly/dismantling; choose contractors, optimal in price and quality;

Delegates management

We will register the delegates: online, by fax, by e-mail; we will carry out accounting, prepare financial and tax accounts documents on each delegate, provide the current information on the registered participants.

We will organize the registration zone at the project, submit questionnaires to the participants, and provide the statistical report;

Web-service

We will develop the concept, the structure, the design of your event’s web-site, create the forms of the e-registration of participants, provide for the possibility of paying for the participation by credit cards, as well as the site promotion;

Scientific secretariat

We will develop the site for you to be able to get the theses online, advise the authors of the final decision of the scientific committee, correspond with the chosen speakers, communicate and carry out all the coordination with the approved speakers before and during the event.

Printing products

We will collect, make up and publish theses. We will also develop the design of any printing products, make up and publish the necessary documents;

Onsite-management

We will provide all the necessary logistics, backup and personnel performance control at the event: carry out the exhibition assembly/dismantling, premises and equipment allocation, administer the visitors, make up the delegate’s portfolio, provide for the simultaneous translation, real time Internet transmission, organize catering and many other things.
