Upon rejection of standard equipment the cost of it is not refunded. The list of furniture may be updated and amended. The cost of furniture not listed above is negotiated upon separately.
The cost of additional furniture ordered after 9.10.15 is 50% higher. If ordered after 30.10.2015 and during set-up phase or at the time of the event the cost is 100% of the baseline price.
Verification
- The exhibitor is obliged to follow an agreement procedure and to sign the contract within 20 business days, no later than 1 months before the start of the event.
- After reciept scanned copy of the signed contract, Organizer emails of the invoice for the pay.
- The invoice must be paid in full within 5 business days after its receipt.
- In case of breach of the terms of signing the contract and paying the organizer has the right to dispose of the reserved exhibition area Exhibitor and booked of a conference room at their discretion.
- The reserved area will be officially confirmed by the Organizer after receiving prepayment of the registration fee and 30% of the cost of the rented space. By signing the application, the Sponsor acknowledges the rules of participation in the Event "MEDI Expo"
