Today, June 8, 2021, the OnLine Congress "New technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases" began its work.

The beginning of the event was marked by the opening of a course on endoscopic surgery, where were presented reports of foreign experts: Professor A. Wattiez (Dubai, France), Professor Ph. Koninckx (Leuven, Belgium), Professor M.Malzoni (Avellino, Italy), Professor A. Romeo (Turin, Italy).

The key points of laparoscopic surgery, electrosurgery and laser surgery, new surgical energies, instruments and surgical design, suture technique were demonstrated to the participants.

The scientific program of the Congress was opened by the d Director of the National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology Gennadiy Sukhikh. He noted that the Congress is a very powerful platform for the dissemination and development of endoscopic surgery in our country. In his report, Gennady Sukhikh considered aspects of digital transformation and, as a result, a revolution in digital health care; discussed the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in medicine, new paradigms of surgical education of the future, and the study of the human genome and exome. Gennady Sukhikh also presented to the participants the WHO concept for digital transformation of clinical guidelines.

Professor L.V. Adamyan (Moscow), Dr. Asya Stepanyan (Atlanta, USA) presented a key lecture on “Artificial Intelligence in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery”.
