The three-day XXII Russian Scientific and Educational Forum «Mother and Child - 2021» was held from September 29 to October 1, 2021 at Crocus Expo IEC in compliance with sanitary measures.

In total, the Forum hosted 44 breakout sessions, 22 round tables, 15 seminars, 10 plenary sessions, 5 master classes, a panel discussion, a Council of Experts, a duet lecture, clinical lectures by experts, a presentation of new clinical guidelines, a meeting of the main freelance specialists of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

584 reports were read for the participants, which were presented by leading experts from leading medical institutions in Russia.

According to preliminary statistics, the number of full-time participants was more than 3.5 thousand! The forum was attended by specialists from 19 countries, 80 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, 233 cities. At the same time, the number of participants in the online broadcast exceeded 2.5 thousand.

At the closing ceremony of the Forum Gennady Sukhikh thanked all participants for their commitment to development and noted that the scientific committee aims to expand the program so that specialists in the field of obstetrics, gynecology and neonatology can gain even deeper knowledge.

Gennady Sukhikh also solemnly awarded 3 laureates of the Competition for Young Scientists, who were chosen from 37 candidates, and presented valuable prizes and diplomas.

At the XXIII International Specialized Exhibition of Equipment, Medicines for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Neonatology «Maternal and Child Health - 2021», more than 80 companies presented their products and the latest technology.
