The First All-Russian Congress with international participation "Healthy nutrition – the path to national health" will be held from September 23-24, 2026. This is a key event that will shape the future of nutrition in sanatoriums and the health of the nation.

The All-Russian Congress "Healthy nutrition – the path to national health" is a new platform for integrating advanced scientific knowledge in dietetics and nutrition, modern methods of restorative therapy, and sanatorium-resort practice to ensure sustainable growth in the life expectancy and quality of life of the country's population.
The Congress is addressed to a wide range of stakeholders:
- For Healthcare Professionals: Gastroenterologists, dietitians, nutritionists, and physicians of related disciplines.
- For Representatives of the Sanatorium-Resort Sector: Including managers and administrative staff.
- For Companies and Manufacturers of Products, Equipment, and Materials: For the sanatorium-resort service sector and the healthy food industry.
- For Individuals: Who strive for disease prevention, maximum vitality, and active longevity.
The Congress's scientific agenda is focused on integrating the latest advancements in nutrition and preventive medicine. The program includes an analysis of evidence-based data linking dietary behavior to overall somatic health. Specifically, fundamental research on the biochemical aspects of nutrition and its relationship with the human microbiome will be discussed. Significant attention will be paid to the clinical application of diet therapy in the management of diet-related diseases, including cardiovascular pathology, diabetes mellitus, obesity, and oncological conditions, with a particular emphasis on pediatric nutrition. Specialized sessions will feature discussions on algorithms for implementing modern therapeutic nutrition protocols in resort settings, including regulations for the use of natural factors such as mineral waters, as well as the application of nutraceuticals and dietary supplements in therapeutic regimens.
In parallel with the scientific program, an exhibition will be held, showcasing innovative products in preventive medicine and healthy lifestyles, achievements of domestic agroholdings, the latest technological solutions for equipping sanatorium food service facilities, and new items for equipping dietitian and gastroenterologist offices. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn directly from sanatorium representatives about health and treatment services.
