This year, the scientific agenda of the Forum will be dedicated to the impact of extragenital pathology on women's reproductive health. Special attention will be given to the discussion of the new order for providing obstetric and gynecological care in Russia, approved in January 2026 by Order of the Ministry of Health of Russia No. 747, as well as the implementation of state initiatives aimed at improving the quality of maternal and child health protection.
Key discussion blocks will be dedicated to the application of advanced technologies in reproductive medicine, including artificial intelligence, as well as the optimization of prenatal and neonatal screening systems. A significant portion of the discussion will focus on pregnancy management in the context of chronic diseases affecting maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality, with an emphasis on the prevention of major obstetric syndromes, thromboembolic and septic complications, and placental-associated pathology. The program also includes an analysis of modern therapeutic approaches to common gynecological conditions (fibroids, endometriosis, HPV-associated diseases), issues of reproductive education and pre-gravid preparation to improve gestation outcomes, as well as current trends in the treatment of female infertility using assisted reproductive technologies. Issues of reproductive health protection in pediatrics and adolescence, and the application of advanced imaging methods – ultrasound and radiation diagnostics in related disciplines – will be covered.
