Program of the V Anniversary scientific and practical conference on reproductive health of children and youth

The conference program will focus on the complex issues of safeguarding the reproductive health of girls and boys and covers a wide range of topical interdisciplinary questions, starting with a pre-course dedicated to mastering the techniques of fluid hysteroscopy and vaginoscopy with personalized training on simulators. Reports will be presented by leading Russian and international specialists on strategies for preventing and preserving the health of the reproductive system in children and adolescents.

Special attention will be paid to endocrinological aspects, including a differentiated approach to managing PCOS, endometriosis, menstrual cycle disorders, hypogonadism in boys, and rare forms of congenital adrenal hyperplasia, as well as issues of organ-preserving reconstructive surgery of the genitals in children and adolescents, including modern approaches to treating anorectal malformations, persistent urogenital sinus, malformations of the vagina and male genitalia, with an emphasis on minimizing invasiveness and long-term outcomes.

An additional pre-course will be dedicated to adolescent mammology with practical training in ultrasound skills for breast assessment. The concluding sessions cover a differentiated approach to dysmenorrhea therapy, management of girls after treatment for hemoblastoses, ovarian dysfunction, including Turner syndrome, as well as issues of diagnosing and reducing ovarian reserve, and analyzing the structure of gynecological neoplasms across generations.

The program will include round tables dedicated to surgical strategies for preserving ovarian reserve in ovarian tumors and the quality of life of young patients with functional and organic diseases of the reproductive system.

Specialists will consider an interdepartmental approach, best regional practices for organizing care using examples from Moscow, Smolensk, and the Novosibirsk region, and the role of educational programs in strengthening the reproductive potential of youth. A joint meeting of chief freelance specialists will be dedicated to innovations in regulatory legal frameworks and interdisciplinary cooperation with leading federal centers.

The conference provides a platform for integrating the latest clinical guidelines, surgical strategies, and preventive programs for the comprehensive improvement of the reproductive and overall health of the younger generation.
