Poster session

Poster submissions will be accepted until March 10, 2026.

Please note that the application deadline will not be extended.

Only registered participants may participate in the poster session!

Congress participants may publish a total of three papers.

Posters will be posted in the Poster Zone at the congress venue. They will also be available electronically on the mediexpo.ru and radiology-congress.ru websites in the Poster Session section.

Poster Submission Procedure

• You can submit a poster submission by uploading it through your personal account.
• When uploading a poster, you must mark it as a Poster Submission.

General requirements for poster presentation review:

• Only registered participants may participate in the poster session!
• Posters must reflect the purpose, materials, and methods of the study, as well as the results and conclusions, without tables or figures.
• When uploading posters for review, there is a character limit for each section:
• Purpose - 150 characters
• Materials and Methods - 300 characters
• Results - 2200 characters
• Conclusion or Findings - 300 characters

Poster Presentation Requirements

• Poster presentations (approved by the congress's Editorial Committee within the established deadline) are due on May 26, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM in the Poster Zone.
• Posters must be submitted on A1-size paper (594 x 841 mm), vertically oriented. POSTER SIZE OTHERWISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• Tables, graphs, and images on the poster itself are WELCOME!
• Poster attachment is required by the author in the designated area. Attachment materials will be provided on-site.
• Poster presentations may be in Russian or English.
• The poster text must include the following sections: title of the paper, authors' last names and initials, names of institutions, author's phone number and email address for contact, and the institution's logo. Poster structure: purpose, materials, and research methods, results, discussion, and conclusion. Figures and tables should be accompanied by detailed captions. References may be included.

After the reviewer’s decision is positive, you must send the poster in electronic form on 1 page, up to 30 MB in size, to the email address gleb@mediexpo.ru.
