1. Changes and additions of the scientific program of the Forum and Congress in terms of increasing the number of scientific schools, plenary sessions and satellite symposia. On this question, the President of the Congress Professor L. S. Kokov proposed to change the status of certain meetings: reduce the number of speakers to three and prepare meetings as training events of the school. This question is accepted to study.

2. Adoption of the lectures of foreign lecturers from Japan, China, USA, UK, Uzbekistan.

3. Discussion of the preliminary program and lecturers for the section of radiographers.

4. Discussion of candidates for awards: Honorary diploma of the all-Russian National Congress of ray diagnosticians and a badge named of Professor J. N. Sokolov.
