This XXIII all-Russian Congress with international participation "Outpatient care at the epicenter of women's health" that will be held in Moscow on April 4-6, is  devoted to the 80th  anniversary from the birthday of an outstanding scientist, of a leading Russian obstetrician-gynecologist, whose recognition and cherished memory are known far beyond our country, whose name have been written in the imperishable history of medical science!

Chief obstetrician-gynecologist of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Director of Scientific center for obstetrics, gynecology and perinatology of RAMS, doctor of medical Sciences, Professor, academician, laureate of the government awards and honors Vladimir Ivanovich KULAKOV devoted his life to the health of the mother and child, made an illustrious career as a physician-scientist, whose innovative and revolutionary for those time elaborations, discoveries have still of inestimable social value!
