XXVII Russian Congress with international participation" Outpatient and polyclinic care in the epicenter of women's health from menarche to menopause

On April 23, the "XXVII All-Russian Congress with international participation" Outpatient and polyclinic care in the epicenter of women's health from menarche to menopause” finished its work. The Congress is dedicated to the memory of Corresponding Member. RAS, prof. Vikhlyaeva E.M.

The Congress was attended by 648 participants from 6 countries, 103 cities, 50 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The open broadcast of a number of satellite symposia and reports was watched by 3,620 people.

During the event, 11 breakout sessions, 10 plenary sessions, 5 round tables, 2 schools, a seminar, and a panel discussion were held. In total, 184 reports were presented.

Reports were presented by practicing clinicians, scientists from various regions of Russia, healthcare organizers, foreign experts, heads of departments and leading researchers of universities, leaders and members of medical communities: obstetricians-gynecologists, endocrinologists, urologists, oncologists, doctors of laboratory diagnostics and functional diagnostics, healthcare organizers, etc.

The scientific program covered the most relevant topics of outpatient care in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, including:

  • Diseases of the cervix, vagina and vulva: modern trends in diagnosis, treatment and prevention;
  • Oncological diseases of the reproductive system in the practice of an outpatient doctor;
  • Actual problems of gynecological endocrinology;
  • Modern advances in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of endometriosis and uterine fibroids;
  • Complex pregnancy management;
  • Outpatient rehabilitation in obstetrics and gynecology;
  • Ultrasound and functional diagnostics in obstetric and gynecological practice;
  • Outpatient surgery and more.
    And many others.
