The XVIII Congress "Anesthesia and Resuscitation in Obstetrics and Neonatology" concluded
On November 28th, the XVIII Congress "Anesthesia and Resuscitation in Obstetrics and Neonatology" concluded – a key event for specialists working with pregnant women and newborns.
The Congress's work focused on addressing challenges in providing quality care for children, pregnant women, and women in labor. The Congress covered all interdisciplinary issues and solutions aimed at integrating modern technologies and clinical guidelines to reduce infant mortality. Specialists from all regions of the Russian Federation were provided with a unique opportunity to exchange best practices.
According to preliminary statistics, 1928 specialists participated in the Congress, with 252 speakers from 4 countries, 80 regions of the Russian Federation, and 178 cities.
Over 260 reports on the most relevant topics were heard. Reports were presented by E.N. Baibarina, E.L. Bokeria, E.V. Grosheva, D.N. Degtyarev, V.V. Zubkov, O.V. Ionov, S.V. Ionushene, K.A. Kalachin, M.V. Ketckalo, V.A. Klimov, O.B. Ladodo, A.A. Lenushkina, O.V. Rogachevsky, B.V. Silaev, T.A. Fedorova, A. Hofmann, M.P. Shuvalova, and many other outstanding and authoritative specialists.
44 exhibitors – Russian and foreign companies – participated in the exhibition. They presented anesthesia and resuscitation equipment, medical products for infant feeding, and breast and artificial feeding.
