From January 21 to January 24, 2019, the XIII International Congress on Reproductive Medicine will be held at the National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after Academician V. I. Kulakov.
Leading Russian scientists and specialists, as well as foreign experts from reputable universities, clinics, medical centers in Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Great Britain, Germany, Israel, USA, Canada, Japan, India and other countries are invited to work in the congress.
The focus of the scientific program of the congress is the most pressing issues of modern reproductive medicine - the prevention of reproductive losses; preservation of reproductive health and quality of life in various diseases; scientific, clinical, ethical and social aspects of assisted reproductive technologies; management of high-risk pregnancies.
The congress will include interactive live broadcasts of reproductive surgery from the Operational Center; schools of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy; School "Endometriosis and Reproduction"; competition of young scientists.
A meeting of chief specialists of obstetricians and gynecologists of the Ministry of Health of Russia from all federal districts and regions will be held.
During the congress, an exhibition of leading Russian and foreign manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment will be open.
An application for accreditation of the congress on the system of continuing medical education with assignment of credits (points) to the participants has been submitted.
All registered congress participants will receive new clinical guidelines.
On January 21, a special cultural event will be held for participants
The scientific agenda of the Congress will be focused on the most pressing issues of reproductive medicine, prevention of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality, reproductive losses, pregnant women with extragenital pathology and a high risk of obstetric complications, problems of assisted reproductive technologies, preservation of reproductive health in various diseases, medical and social aspects of health in people of transition and older age. There will be plenary sessions devoted to new methods of treatment of uterine fibroids, endometriosis, advanced aspects of management of patients with infertility, prevention and treatment of cervical pathology, infectious sexually transmitted diseases, etc.
A special session will pay special attention to organizational aspects of health care, discussion and approval of federal clinical obstetrics and gynecology guidelines with participation of principal specialists.
The Congress will be attended both by leading Russian scientists and experts and foreign experts from prestigious universities, clinics, medical centers from Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, Israel, the United States, Canada and other countries.
During the event, there will be broadcasts from the new operating rooms of the Center as well as films will be demonstrated. Leading Russian and foreign manufacturers of drugs and medical equipment will display their products at the exhibition. The Congress will hold the Head Specialists Meeting where current organizational and practical aspects of modern obstetrics and gynecology will be discussed.
