Publication of abstracts

Congress materials will be published in the special issue of the Russian Electronic Journal of Radiology (REJR), presented on a CD.

General Publication Requirements
The text must be presented in the WinWord word-processing program. Include up to 3 pages of A4 format (297x210) with 2 cm margins on all sides; font size 14, line spacing 1.5, font – Times New Roman.
Submit all images in separate files:

• Vector images in *.cdr or *.ai format
• Raster images in *.jpeg or *.tif format

Submit the synopsis and pay the fee before April 1, 2012
Send the synopsis of your report to radiology@mediexpo.ru. The file name should be that of the first author, and sent with a cover letter. Indicate the name of the Congress, and date and sum of the payment documents. We will guarantee publishing all the materials we receive. If we do not advise you accordingly in three days, please resend your submission. We will accept only files under 1 MB in size. You can also upload your synopsis via your personal cabinet at www.mediexpo.ru after you register as a project participant.
Get your personal cabinet if you do not have one. For this purpose:

• Enter the Personal Cabinet Section, select the project and press “Take Part.”
• If you only want to publish your synopsis without paying for participation, choose “Synopsis Publication Only” on the same page
• Upload your synopsis in the “Synopsis” section by pressing “Add”
• Append the images in the “Appended Images” section. No images can be submitted in the same file with the text.

Please notethat we will not publish the work that does not meet the above criteria, and will not refund the publication payment!
